For therapy I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, and many BCBS plans that can be processed with Premera.

For nutrition counseling I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise, many BCBS plans that can be processed through Premera, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO. 

​

I am working on getting re-credentialed with Regence for both therapy and nutrition counseling. 

 

Rates

For insurance purposes my cash pay rates are as follows for both nutrition and therapy sessions:

Initial Session (90 minutes)- $315

Ongoing Sessions (50 minutes, or longer)- $180 per session
