I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Nutritionist (CN) who uses many fat positive weight-neutral frameworks to help folks rebuild innate trust with their bodies, heal their relationship with food, and reach their personal mental health and nutrition goals. IN PERSON
In person services are currently suspended due to safety during COVID-19. When in person services resume they will be available in both Ballard, WA at the Rooted Heart Healthcare Ballard location and, hopefully, Everett, WA.
ONLINE
Currently all services are offered through telehealth (online) through a secure videoconferencing platform. Please see the VIRTUAL SESSIONS page for more details.
